Hi All. I've hit a mental block! Please do any of you have any ideas for a quick, easy summer BBQ dessert? It needs to survive a couple of hours in the car to the event and feed about 12 if possible. Any help you can give me would be ace. Thanks!

A dessert that needs to be transported for two hours or more can rule out most dairy and egg-based options, though accompanying cream or yogurt can be taken in a small cool bag.
