Attempt number one...went for a slightly rectangular shape and absolutely lashings of extra thick rich creme fresh, really ripe blackberries and cooked for longer but slightly cooler to get the fruit to really explode...normally bake every weekend with my five year old (whilst her two year old brother puts everything in his mouth), usually Nigella recipes and she really wants a signed book...not her daddy, honest!
