What a perfect recipe to pop into my inbox today - just when my 6 year old was begging to go blackberry picking after school. He was so excited to make this delicious and easy Blackberry Galette, and decided that the pineapple mint sprigs would add a splash of contrasting colour (ok, so I decided that part, but he picked the mint!)
