I made these cookies with my favourite homemade jams: wild blueberry and raspberry. The variation in color is also interesting to look at and fun to choose between when the cookie tin is opened. The delicate top cutouts were easiest to handle after thoroughly chilling the thinly rolled out dough outside. The December temperatures came in handy!
