Peanut Butter, Banana and Chocolate Cake. Nigella’s recipe was fun and easy to pull together, and the result is as delicious as something from a patisserie! The chocolate cake layers are sandwiched with alternating layers of f the fluffy peanut buttercream frosting and banana curd. I baked the cake in a 11.5” x 17” x 1” sheet pan and sliced into 6 equal rectangles for the layers. The cake is decorated with skillet roasted, salted peanuts; and Chocolate Crumb from Christina Tosi’s milk bar cookbook. The peanut butter frosting recipe gave me enough frosting for the whole cake...had I not used banana curd I would have no frosting to spare. But I guess now I can snack on the remainder by the spoonful
