Wowsers! It’s a Titan of a cake. I’ve made this cake for my Hubby’s birthday tomorrow. When Nigella recommended this as the birthday cake of birthday cakes how could I not ?! The texture of the sponges is light and moist and it smells so delicious. I chose the four layer version to make it extra special. I hope he likes it. Thank you for the recipe.
