I made Nigella’s chocolate Guinness cake to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday as we are getting married in Ireland on NYE this year! The cake was so rich, moist and indulgent with such cool, sweet icing. Nigella is a genius and I love how her recipes make occasions so special.
