Just saw the email about this competition - I happened to make the Guinness Cake for the first time for my husband’s birthday on Mar 11th. I usually make him Nigella’s Devils Food cake, but this one is even easier and equally delicious! Everybody loved this cake and my husband had to wrest the last slice from the 17yo boy in our house so I’m certain I will be making it again!
