Baking this cake was fun. Presenting with home made sour cream & cream cheese with Baileys. Thank you Nigella for telling me about St. Patrick's day. I googled and learnt that the day is associated with green, so I sprinkled cake with pistachios & cherries to go with Baileys in cream cheese frosting on chocolate cake. Heavenly combination. My friends and family devoured the cake. My daughter in US is sad and had fomo.
