This cake whipped up so easily and was super tall. Admittedly I took the bottom off and made a sandwich to eat it like a cupcake. I was able to share with a cup of tea with my sister and brother-in-law one day then as an after dinner treat for another sister and my mom. My plan is to make another next weekend and drop it off for some friends. Trust me - add a dash of Irish cream to the icing and maybe an Irish coffee or scoop of ice cream on the side.
