I’ve made ‘The Nigella Guineas Cake’ several times and it always get a wow! Fabulous for small individual cakes too! It looks like a heavy cake but it’s simply divine, the super smooth frosting is a real treat. This cake never lasts long in my house and I guarantee people often ask for 2nd slice.
