So I made two batches of meringue, one for the base and then lots of puffy snowballs for the top to mix with the cream and my own lemon curd. I also candied up some lemons. It was all a nice tangy, nutty, zesty , fluffy decadent mess of deliciousness, scoffed in one sitting....
