My husband and I (mainly him because you know what they’re like when they take over ) decided that we’d make an adult version of the great classic. We added Prosecco to the meringue, Limoncello to the lemon curd. We then whipped double cream and added raspberries soaked in Ameretto along with blueberries soaked overnight in Passoa (a passion fruit liqueur) Finally we sprinkled with toasted almonds and garnished with a little mint. Oh, and we didn’t waste the excess liqueur because we added it to our Processo drinks which we enjoyed after constructing this epic. Cheers
