I made this cake for Easter. I made my own lemon curd and put super light form cake to make lemoncurd more precise on the top of meringue. Instead of spreading the whipped cream and the almond toasted , I put a side my whipped cream and the almond, so everyone can have more of it. My family and I can testify that it is seriously delicious! Thanks for sharing Nigella. Happy Easter!
