Another excellent recipe from Nigella. The pear, pistachio and rose cake recipe was easy to follow, only a small amount of preparation needed before all of the cake ingredients are blended. The floral aroma gave a sweet smell. The decorative colours of the green pistachios and the pink rose petals giving my senses a treat. And I felt happy. I decided to take the photograph outside, as the cake is a natural beauty. The cake kept moist and it tasted divine.
