The cake is super moist and delicious warm with cream. I love the no flour, no butter recipe. So easy to wizz up and easy-find ingredients make this a winner. I added A few drops of Rose Hip Syrup to the final glaze to add Vit C and make it super sticky. I cooked it longer than the recipe stated for the middle to set.
