This was a perfect dessert for Midsummer celebrations. I decided to make portions instead a bowl. Thank you Nigella for introducing a new way to use lemongrass! The lemongrass syrup is amazing with ice cream and variations are limitless. You can also use other berries too, whatever is in season. And whatever you can find from your freezer or local shop.
