Single-serve are the best when it comes to dessert. Like here, the Raspberry and Lemongrass Trifle was such a joy. I didn't have to scoop a portion our for my guests, neither there was any issues to store the leftovers (I just had to wrap the top with cling and place them in the refrigerator). Can I be more delighted? The answer is 'NO'.
