This amazing summery cheesecake recipe from Nigella is so easy, creamy and AMAZING. I used my daughters (3.5) drawing as a backdrop, made a thin classic cheesecake later, had with small hear shape cheesecakes for her to have too. I scattered fiery crystallised ginger for a special kick .
