living in India and being obsessed with western dishes has given me a chance to make unique blends of these classic desserts. here I have my version of Nigella's white chocolate cheesecake but with the addition of one of the best summer ingredient you get in my country: mangoes. I present to you, white chocolate and fresh mango cheesecake with a hint of lime. The fresh, juicy and incredible pulp of mangoes boosts the flavour of white chocolate. Made from the best produce of my country, this cheesecake will have your heart. Being a culinary school beginner and an aspiring chef it would mean more than the world if this dish is selected.
