I was a bit dubious about the flavour, having made lots of cheesecake with Bailey's (original and strawberry flavour), Limoncello, gin (there's a theme here!). But the ginger nuts give it a zingy lift, complimenting the lemon juice, and zest in our case! The white chocolate gives a wonderful silkiness to each beautiful bite! Thanks again Nigella, this is definitely a keeper!
