What a delicious way to celebrate my children's birthday. My passion fruit plants have given me a bumper crop so I made Nigella's Passion fruit curd and used that in place of the lemon curd. It was light and full of flavour. Next time I will make it with the lemon curd. My lemon tree is almost ready for the picking. This recipe is a firm family favorite.
