Delicious cake - made a half portion in a loaf tin (as only 2 of us). I had to adjust slightly due to not having a couple of ingredients - in place of lime juice I used mandarin (zest of 1 mandarin and juice) & in place of cardamom I used a 50:50 split of cinnamon and nutmeg. Looking forward to making again - with the full list of ingredients. Was a winner with hubby who loves a citrus cake - thanks!!
