July is birthday month in this household, including my own and my youngest son’s the day after. I rarely get a cake so decided to make myself one! This fitted the brief as I prefer to eat gluten free. Followed the recipe and very happy with the results. Decided to decorate with edible flowers and homemade candied peel. It was really delicious and will make again.
