Scented Citrus Cake ready for our guests tonight. They will have to be careful driving home as we replaced the orange juice with Cointreau in both the cake and icing. The limes were from our own bush as well as the Kaffir lime leaves. It is late winter in NZ and both limes are beginning to show signs of spring.
