I'm always super thrilled when I found some delicious gluten free recipes, like this one, since I don't need to make any strange conversion between containing-gluten ingredients and gluten-free ones (which doesn't work well anytime). I have just introduced one small variation since I hadn't oranges in my kitchen: so I used only lemons and limes. The smell is wonderful, the taste is amazing and the look gorgeous! My celiac soulmate will be very happy :)
