Love making this treat in a muffin pan for easier and quicker distribution without any slicing or cutting. Breakfast on the go? I have added a little more lemon zest and more butter plus one more egg yolk for that little ''briochey'' effect, and we all loved the result! Just the perfect crisp on the outside, so buttery, and it was so tasty!
