I went for an early morning walk and stumbled upon an abandoned orchard bursting with beautiful apples of different varieties. I suddenly remembered Nigela’s September cook along beautiful recipe. I picked up some of those beautiful apples and forage for nearby blackberries. This recipe was cooked with a beautiful gift from Nature.
