Enjoyed using my Bundt pan. I couldn't source canned pumpkin puree locally so I made my own squeezing the spare liquid out through cloth. I ended up with exactly 300g which was pleasing. I had peel from half an orange leftover when my cake went in the oven but my bake lacked nothing. A beautifully spiced, moist, light, delicious cake.
