Preheat oven to 160C. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl. Then add the eggs and beat till light and fluffy. Add the flour and stir. Then add the water. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon until light. Pour the batter into a lined muffin tin and bake for about 18 minutes, until they have risen and are firm.

- ½ cup chopped nuts
