Ingredients
Serves: 8
For the Chocolate Mix
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces superfine sugar
- 3 ounces self-rising flour
- 1 ounce unsweetened cocoa
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
For the Plain Mix
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces superfine sugar
- 4 ounces self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees/Gas mark 4
Grease tin with Butter
Line with Greaseproof Paper
Chocolate mix:
Whisk together sugar and butter(stork) with an electrical whisk until light and fluffy.
Mix together the eggs then bit by bit add the egg to the mix.
Sieve in the self raising flour ,unsweetened cocoa and the baking powder.
Gently mix together the mixture.
Plain Mix:
Whisk together sugar and butter(stork) with an electrical whisk until light and fluffy.
Mix together the eggs then bit by bit add the egg to the mix.
Sieve in the flour and the baking powder.
Gently mix together the mixture.
Put one spoonful of chocolate mix in the tin then the plain until there's no mixture left.
Then place in the oven.
Marble will take up to 1 Hour or 10 Extra minutes.
