Mix sauce ingredients and pour over lamb in baking dish. Cover and cook at 170Cish from about 2 hours (turning every half hour and removing cover for last half hour). Remind self to make something to go with it.
Introduction
The title just about sums it up. It's an adapted recipe from one using maple syrup found on the we love lamb (australian) website. Didn't have maple syrup...turns out this actually tastes better. We tried it with maple syrup but it didn't work out.

- ⅓ cup beef broth
