Nigella's recipe for Yule Log is a light, decadent and oh-so-indulgent Christmas treat. My family love dark chocolate so I used half 85% and half 70% chocolate in the icing which gave the perfect sweetness! Our treasured ski-ing Santa is 45 years old and takes pride of place on our Christmas bake every year - it wouldn't be Christmas in our family without him!
