Cinnamon Butter Cookies

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks, then stir in milk. In another bowl, combine flour, cinammon, baking powder and salt. Stir into wet ingredients until well blended. Wrap dough and chill for at least 2 hrs. Preheat oven to 175.C. On a slightly floured surface, roll dough into 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter. Place cookies 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 min, until brown.
Introduction
An ABSOLUTELEY yummy cookie...really fun to make as well.After the cookies have cooled, you can make a simple glace icing, spread it over the cookies , and sprinkle some silver dragees over them. Then they'll make great gifts cuz their so pretty.You can use a little less cinammon if you like.
