Cleopatra Salad Heaven

Mix the salad leaves and herbs along with all the above bite size chopped fruits and nuts; and shift them to a Salad bowl. Stir the dressing that includes Vinegar, Dark soy, brown sugar or honey, pomegranate juice, orange zest and juice, lime juice and a pinch of salt to taste. Pour it over the Salad bowl and mix. Grate in some of the hard cheese and bits of Feta. Scatter some toasted Sesame seeds and pitta bread shards over the Salad and douze over some Etra Virgin Olive oil. Can add a oinch of Sumac herb at the end if needed for extra sickly sourness and tang.

- leaf radicchio torn into big shards
- leaf romaine lettuce torn into big shards
- leaf spinach leaves as a whole
- leaf rocket torn into big shards
- 2 splashes of lemons
- 1 splash of apple cider vinegar
- splash of dark soy sauce
- 2 pinches of soft dark brown sugar or Organic Honey
- 1 large sliced apple Red/Pink/Green
- 1 medium sliced orange a bit of juice and zest
- 1 handful pitted black olives
- 1 medium sliced watermelon
- 1 medium papaya ripe
- 1 handful marrons glac
- 1 handful whole natural almonds
- slice fresh dates
- grating feta cheese parmesan/cheddar
- 1 handful toasted sesame seeds
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 handful fresh mint
- leaf fresh dill
- 1 large pomegranate seeds also juice
- slice cucumber small
- slice toasted pitta bread
