Apple and Strawberry Crumble

To make the crumble topping place your flour in a bowl rub in the butter to resemble breadcrumbs and stir in the sugar. Place the chopped cooking apple and water in a pan and cool over very low heat until they begin to soften. Add the strawberries and sugar and cook for further 3-4 minutes. Spoon into an oven proof dish and cover with the crumble topping. Bake in a pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden. Delicious served hot with custard or cream. Oven temperature: 190 degrees C/375 Gas mark 5
