This Banana cake is very good, only thing is recipe says to cook for 25 minutes I not sure this is right mine always take longer. I must be doing something not quite right.
This is the ONLY recipe I follow when making a banana loaf! Me & my family cannot get enough if it! Moist, rich & flavoursome, as an occasional treat I top it with cream cheese frosting :) ??
I literally JUST made this cake (midnight snack for my partner and myself). We LOVED it! Moist, light & lovely, we served it hot with a dollop of cream. Yum!
The cake turned out beautifully. I added a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of nutmeg, 50 g of walnuts and 50 g of raisins as we'll to give it a bit of texture. Since it became a bit thick, I added 150 ml of water. Still, the recipe worked and the end product was a light cake, moist and fluffy. Perfect for all times of the day.
