Delicious, light and super easy! my family loved it!
Brilliant recipe, works perfectly every time! Very quick and easy to make. Delicious light and fluffy muffins.
Really delicious. Would like to see the measures in grams or ounces. I ended up just using a household cup. I also used gluten free flour and they worked really well with that too. Lovely alternative for those who can't have gluten containing breakfast scones or muffins. Also quick to make.
