Mix yolks, sugar and vanilla thoroughly with an electric mixer, the sugar needs to be totally melted Little by little, add the cream When all of the cream has been added, keep mixing until it has a thick, custardy consistency Pour into an ice-cream mould with lid on! You don't even have to stir this while freezing! Feel free to add eg. chopped chocolate, or try Bailey's liqueur (add to the egg/sugar mix), 50 ml will do
