Mix together the marshmallows, crushed digestives and glace cherries in a large bowl. Mix in the condensed milk to make a soft, moist dough. I use my hands for this. Sometimes, you may need to add extra condensed milk. Roll the dough into a large sausage shape. Spread a layer of desiccated coconut over a clean surface and role the sausage over the coconut to coat the outside of it. Wrap it rightly in cling film or kitchen foil. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden. Slice into 15 slices (of course!)

Introduction
Traditional Northern Irish treat, just like my granny used to make. They're called 15s because you need 15 of the main ingredients.
