Orange and Yogurt Cake

In a bowl beat sugar and eggs together till white and fluffy then add the other ingredients and mix it well. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin (with a hole in the middle) and bake it in a pre-heated oven 180oC for 35/45 minutes until gold and and firm.
Introduction
I love this cake it is very delicious and makes me remember good times at home with my family in Brazil! It is just perfect with a nice cup of coffee or tea!

- 4 medium eggs
- 2 cups superfine sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
