White Chocolate Mousse

Melt the chocolate , stir in milk, set aside. Whip the egg whites and lemon juice until stiff, then fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined. the cream until it forms soft peaks. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture. Divide into 4 martini glasses and chill for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate to serve.

This recipe worked really well and it was so delicious! I put some strawberry coulis in the bottom of the glass and decorated with grated white chocolate and a sliced played strawberry on the top - did the trick!
