Nigella's Nutella Cheesecake (from NIGELLISSIMA) is a no-bake cheesecake with a filling made from Nutella, cream cheese and sugar. It is possible to add some alcohol to the filling, though as the filling is quite soft it is best to only use a small amount to prevent the filling from becoming too liquid. We would suggest using up to 3 tablespoons of your chosen liqueur and to quickly beat in the liqueur once the Nutella has been combined with the cream cheese mixture.

Baileys is a liqueur with cream, coffee and Irish whiskey. The coffee flavour should not be overpowering in the quantities suggested and it is probably a matter of personal taste as to whether the coffee and chocolate hazelnut combination is a good one. If you wanted to use a liqueur that is closer to the ingredients in the filling then either a hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico, or a chocolate liqueur, such as creme de cacao, would both be possibilities.
