Our answer

Nigella's Chocolate Raspberry Pudding Cake (from HOW TO EAT) is at its best when eaten freshly made and about an hour after it comes out of the oven. At this point the cake has a light, almost mousse-like texture. As the cake cools, the texture becomes more dense and solid.

If you have leftovers of the cake then these should be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. You probably can freeze leftovers of the cake in slices in airtight containers if you have made the cake with fresh raspberries. The slices should keep for up to one month and should be thawed overnight in the fridge, but bear in mind that the texture of the cake will not be quite as good. Thawed slices should be eaten within 24 hours and can be reheated as directed in the recipe.
