Full question
Hi, I have made Nigella's gluten-free brownies, as I wanted to try them out for a party. Is it possible to freeze them?
Our answer
Nigella's gluten-free Flourless Chocolate Brownies (from NIGELLA EXPRESS can, like most brownies, be frozen. Ideally, we would suggest freezing the brownies still in their pan. Wrap the pan tightly in a double layer of food wrap and a layer of foil and freeze for up to 3 months. If you have already cut the brownies up then wrap each one individually in food wrap, stack in an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw the brownies at room temperature, around 4 hours if it is a full tin and 2 hours if it is an individual brownie. You can warm the brownies slightly in the microwave if you need to, but do not reheat more than once. Once the brownies have thawed, store in an airtight container in a cool place and eat within 1-2 days.
