An air fryer is essentially a very strong fan oven. So you would use a fan oven temperature setting, in this case 150°C. The main risk for brownies is that they bake too long and lose their squidge. Even at the lower temperature, the air fryer could cook the brownies more quickly, so we would suggest that you start checking the brownies at around 12 minutes and then every couple of minutes until the top has dried a little around the edges, and the edges of the brownies are starting to pull away from the sides of the pan.
