I watched a show on TV where Nigela cooked a Chickpea & Chorizo Stew with couscous, but can not find the receipe anywhere. Could you please let me know where to find it? Thanks, Jim

I'm looking for a recipe Nigella once made with chicken, marinated in buttermilk. She made it in an episode in which she also made a coleslaw with pecans, hokey pokey, and rocky road bars. Now, those recipes I've found, but the one with chicken is unfindable. Can you help me out? Eva

The Chickpea and Chorizo Stew was featured in Nigella's recent Kitchen programme and can be found in her book Kitchen on p202. It is also featured on the BBC website in the section on Nigella's TV series (see link below). The stew is served with bulgar (bulgur) wheat rather than couscous - the bulgar what has crisp vermicelli in which adds some robustness, though you could serve it with cous cous, if you prefer (we would suggest from Kitchen the Rocket and Lemon Couscous or the Standby Starch on p90 and p211 respectively).

The Buttermilk Roast Chicken was featured in the Nigella Express TV series and is in the Express book on p274. The recipe can also be found on the BBC website (see link below). The chicken is also wonderful cold as part of a picnic.
