Hi Nigella! I am such a fan! Here is my question. My mother is British and I spent all my summers in Bournemouth with my grandmother. Unfortunately, she passed before I was able to get any of her recipes. I am constantly ordering candy online and HP sauce of course. I recently ordered some clotted cream and am sure how to store to make it last. Any suggestions? Also she used to make a sponge cake with chocolate icing that I have been able to find anywhere. It had to be a milk chocalate.. It was amazing! Thank ou, Kelli Stevenson
