Cocoa Powder in Book Photo & Red Letter Mugs

Hello! there is a tin of cocoa powder in the picture illustrating the Irish Cream Tiramisu recipe from Express (p134-5). Could you please tell me what the brand is? Thanks!

I have seen Nigella using a cream mug with a large letter N in red on it; where did she get this from?

Our answer

The cocoa powder in the photograph on p135 is from Dean & Deluca, a specialist grocery store and delicatessen based in New York. They also have outlets in Washington DC, Napa, Charlotte and Kansas City and the cocoa is available on-line (see link below). Unfortunately, as far as we are aware, they do not currently ship internationally but the do have outlets in Japan, the Middle East and parts of Asia (please see the Dean & Deluca website for locations).

Mugs very similar to the cream and red "N" mug used by Nigella (also seen in Christmas on p117) can be bought from Heal's in London. They are also available on-line from www.heals.co.uk (go to kitchen/tea & coffee/red letter mugs). Unfortunately Heal's does not ship internationally at present.
