Full question
How long will the Cheesecake In A Glass keep in a fridge?
Our answer
Nigella's Cheesecake In A Glass is an easy and quick dessert that is perfect for a midweek supper. If you are making the cheesecake in advance then we suggest that the cheesecake and the strawberry topping are stored separately and the strawberries are added at the last minute.
The cheesecake and biscuit base will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Cover the top of the glasses tightly with food wrap and refrigerate until needed. The strawberry topping is really best made only a couple of hours ahead as the strawberries become softer over time. Put the cut up strawberries in a bowl, sprinke over the sugar and cover. Leave at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Leftover strawberries should be kept in the fridge and eaten within a day. So any leftovers of the Cheesecake in a Glass that have been layered will only last another day to be at their best.
